  China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation is a state-owned insurance company which is invested by Ministry of Finance and Central Huijin Investment Ltd.as an independent legal entity.It is the only official company which works on export and credit insurance business.In 2015,Sichuan branch of China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation supported 4.06 billion U.S. dollars for normal trade export .At present ,Sichuan branch has covered one fifth of export enterprises and one fourth of amount of exports of normal trade .Its products cover short-term export credit insurance, domestic trade credit insurance, import advance payment creadit insurance ,oversea investment insurance ,etc.Mr.Pan Shuigen,General Manager of Sichuan branch expressed that signing this agreement is a satisfactory result of close cooperation for the five past years and indicates that cooperation between both sides has come into a deeper and broader field .Through integrating resources ,inputting specialized value-added services,etc.,Sichuan branch has provided enterprises like CWPC ,especially Sichuan famous brand enterprises ,with quality services to help them go out in a good and quick way .
  During the 12th Five-Year Plan, through equipment manufacturing, EPC,and investment & operation ,CWPC has realized structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading .It has realized the transformation from fossil fuel equipment to energy conservation and environment protection equipment ,from energy conservation and environment protection to a supplier of systematic solutions ,from domestic markets to oversea markets,from single entity economy to integration of industry and finance.CWPC has become a solution and service provider for systematic solutions of  energy conservation and environment protection and new energy by integrating equipment manufacturing ,EPC projects and financial services. In recent years,with the help of national strategy of One Belt One Road, contract amount of oversea projects of CWPC is about 1.9 billion U.S. dollars from 2011 to 2016.Oversea contract amount in 2015 is 1.2 billion U.S. dollars (Senegal, Pakistan, Thailand and West Africa).Another new oversea contract (Turkey )was signed in 2016,which is amount to 164 million U.S.dollars .Now CWPC is actively contacting with Mongolia hoping that there is another new project for us .During the 13th Five-Year Plan,CWPC will continue to advance and consolidate the major strategy of “going out” . Chairman Li Renchao expressed that CWPC will take projects as claws and use financing as a pusher to facilitate projects ,build an energy industry corridor and strength pioneering force for oversea markets . And it will build its own brands –“Made in Zigong”, “Made in Sichuan”in oversea markets by serving the country through industrial development .
  For the aim of mutual development and win-win cooperation ,both sides will establish a long-term and comprehensive cooperation framework , take full advantage of each other ,cooperate closely ,expand domestic and oversea markets by making use of export credit insurance ,prevent credit risks and improve working platform of credit management system .
